She/her/hers
I specialize in supporting older adults and their families as they navigate chronic illness,
life transitions, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, caregiver stress, and trauma. With
over 35 years of experience as a clinical medical social worker and behavioral health
clinician, I bring a deep commitment to providing a safe and healing environment for all
clients. I hold a master’s degree in social work from the University of Michigan and have
received specialized training in supporting older adults and their care partners.
I welcome individuals from all walks of life to share their journeys with me. Clients often
describe me as warm, caring, and engaged. I'm passionate about the power of
kindness, support, and compassion to create positive change in the world.
I believe everyone deserves respect, love, and dignity. Our sessions will focus on
identifying effective strategies for growth and overcoming challenges. My approach
incorporates a range of therapeutic methods, including interpersonal therapy, cognitive
behavioral therapy, EMDR, mindfulness, and psychodynamic therapy. Together, well
find what works best for you on your path to healing and growth.
