Jennifer Howard,
She/Her/Hers

I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience supporting older adults and families through meaningful life transitions. I hold a BA in Psychology from Wayne State University and an MSW with a Certificate in Aging from the University of Michigan School of Social Work.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked as a therapist, care manager, advocate, and nonprofit leader—roles that have allowed me to support individuals living with dementia, coping with grief, managing chronic illness, navigating caregiving challenges, and adjusting to the changes that come with aging. These experiences have deepened my appreciation for the resilience people bring to their own healing process.

I welcome individuals of all backgrounds, beliefs, and identities. I strive to create a warm, supportive, safe, and nonjudgmental space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and next steps toward well-being. My approach is grounded in compassion and draws from CBT, mindfulness practices, and solution-focused therapy to meet your unique needs.

It would be my honor to walk alongside you as you find clarity, healing, and balance throughout your journey.
